Refund and aftersales policy

Sorry, the site is no longer in business.

We have cancelled all orders and the money should be refunded automatically and you should receive it within a week.

The automatic refund may fail if you have already requested it from your bank or Paypal. (As you may have already received the money or the money is frozen by the bank and the bank will refund you soon).

There are some other situations and you will need to contact us for the refund if you don't receive it after a week.

For example, you haven't done anything with the money, but you paid 6 months or 1 year ago.

In this case, the refund may fail because the payment was made too long ago. Please send your order details and bank account to admin@cycling100.com and we will transfer the money to you manually.
